Dosage
We recommend starting with 5 drops morning and evening.
If you have not noticed an effect after 3 days with this dosage, you can step up with 2 drops per day and a total of up to 16 drops in the morning and evening.
Application
The drops are dripped under the tongue, held here for 1 minute, then swallowed. You can also drip the oil into tea, a smoothie or other drink. Then we simply recommend that 2 extra drops are used to achieve the same dosage.
